Interesting Stretches

Today i watched as people at the Gym, did their stretches, and oh boy what a joke, if your gonna actually be bothered to sit down and stretch out then you should aim to do it properly..

Yoga classes can really teach you how to get into stretches properly and get the most out of a stretch, an effective stretch releases toxins from the muscles, and lengthens the muscles, when done properly this can save you countless injuries and re-shape muscles to look cleaner and perform better, also leaving you prepared for your next exercise session.
